Improvement Projects

Property owners or contractors must obtain permit from the City before performing any improvement projects.  Applicants will need to supply the following when applying for a permit:

• Permit Application
• Project Drawings
• Contract/ Proposal with detailed scope of work
• Plat of Survey showing existing and proposed structures with distances to lot lines
• Contractor Registration (if applicable)
• Retainer
