Board of Review open for appeals

The Cook County Board of Review is open for property taxes appeals for Bremen Township.  The deadline to file online is Tuesday, September 3.  If you would like Oak Forest Taxpayer Advocate Grace Bardusk to file an appeal on your behalf, please complete and submit an appeal form to City Hall no later than Friday, August 23.  Please make sure your email address and phone number are clearly written on the form.  Appeal forms are available at City Hall or at cookcountyboardofreview.com.   

You can also receive assistance completing an appeal form at the Property Tax Appeal Forum hosted by Bardusk and Cook County Commissioner Larry Rogers on Thursday, August 15 at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.  Please bring a pen and your tax bill to the meeting.
