UPDATE (12/30/24)
The following individuals have been charged in the case:
1 count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (Class 3 felony) was approved for Jaray Brown Jr. of the 13900 Block of Central Park Avenue in Robbins.
1 count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (Class 3 felony) was approved for Camren V. Brown of the 18100 Block of Versailles Lane in Hazel Crest.

On December 28, 2024, at approximately 2 p.m., the Oak Forest Police Department responded to a disturbance at the Jamaica Jerk Choice restaurant at 6064 W. 159th Street. At the scene, Oak Forest police officers found several subjects with stab wounds, and took three suspects into custody. The injured subjects are being treated at the hospital. This is an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public.
The Oak Forest Police Department’s Investigations Division is investigating this incident. Additional information will be provided when it becomes available.
