Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over

This Labor Day, families and friends will be celebrating the end of the summer. Sadly, this festive time is also a dangerous time on our roads, as many alcohol- and drug-impaired drivers get behind the wheel after celebrating. For this reason, the Oak Forest Police Department is partnering with the Illinois Department of Transportation to stop drunk drivers and help save lives.

Firefighters Fundraiser
Proceeds from the event allow the firefighters union to help kids and families in need.  In previous years, the event has raised money to send kids to burn camp, to assist local families facing hardships, and to build a women's shelter in Peru, Illinois.
