City Clerk's Office

The city clerk is an elected official who serves a four-year term of office. The city clerk is responsible for maintaining the official records of the city. The city clerk attends meetings of the city council, keeps a record of its proceedings, and publishes all resolutions and ordinances approved.  The clerk also works closely with advisory boards and commissions to post agendas and maintain their minutes.
