Commission Application Form

To ensure that citizen input and opportunities for public involvement continue, the city maintains a list of individuals who are interested in serving their community. If you are interested in serving on an advisory board or commission, please complete the Commission Application Form. This application form identifies the interests and talents of those who are willing to serve on a board or commission.

As openings occur or as new opportunities are created by the mayor and City Council, residents expressing an interest will be considered for potential service.
