Jolly Jamboree

Saturday, December 3, 2022

Join us for a Jolly Jamboree on Saturday, December 3 from 10 a.m. to noon at City Hall. Oh, what fun you will have as we enjoy some holiday cheer with friends, family and neighbors.

Join the City of Oak Forest for a Jolly Jamboree on Saturday, December 3 from 10 a.m. to noon at City Hall. Oh, what fun you will have as you walk from station to station to enjoy some holiday cheer with friends, family and neighbors.

INSIDE CITY HALL: Tell Santa Claus what's on your wish list and let Blink of an Eye Photography capture that special holiday moment. There will be two photo packages to choose from (cash or credit) and photos will be printed on site. You can also have your portrait done by local caricature artist Mark Odewald.

INSIDE THE FIRE STATION: Sing along with DJ Loren of Fun, Fun, Fun DJs to all of your favorite holiday songs as you decorate cookies, visit with the Snow Queen and Princess Ann or have your face painted.

NEAR THE GAZEBO: Don’t miss a moment of the action outside as an artist from Johnson Studios Ice Sculptures carves two ice sculptures – one sculpture will be a summer-loving, enchanted snowman and the other will be a beloved holiday character.   We also will announce the trim-a-tree contest winners!

PARKING: For safety reasons, there will be no parking available in the City Hall lot during the event.  However, handicap parking will be available next to the fire station (east side of the building).  You must have a handicap placard or license plate to park in this designated area.  All other attendees are asked to park legally on side streets near City Hall.  If you need to visit the police station during event hours, please park on the side street and walk over or call 708-687-1376 (non-emergency number) to speak to an officer.
